Done with GTA non-refundable deposits?
Almost every braider in the GTA will tell you your deposit is non-refundable. At BOW, your deposit is transferable. Let us know the day before, and we'll reschedule your appointment using the same deposit. There is no need to pay another one.

Is the braiding hair really included?+
With BOW Signature, premium braiding hair is included at no extra cost. On BOW Essential, you can supply your own hair or add it to your booking. Either way, just note it in the booking form.
What do I need to prepare before my braider arrives?+
Nothing. You don't need to pre-wash your hair - we handle washing and drying on arrival if you've added it to your booking. Just have a seat ready near a power outlet, and we take care of the rest.
How do transferable deposits work?+
A $100 deposit secures your appointment and counts toward your final balance. If your plans change, let us know by 3 PM the day before and we'll move your booking once, to a new date within 14 days, using the same deposit. You never pay a second deposit to reschedule.
Do I need special plumbing for the at-home wash?+
Our braiders bring portable wash equipment. All we need is access to warm water and a proper drainage point - we confirm this in the booking form so your braider arrives fully prepared.

BOW currently serves the Greater Toronto Area, including Oakville, Mississauga, Etobicoke, and North York, with more neighbourhoods on the way.
Can you work around my baby's schedule or my mobility needs?+
Absolutely. Our Cater To Mom service was designed exactly for this. Feeding breaks, seated positions, quiet hours - tell us what your day looks like and your braider adapts to it.
